Being a decent human being

There is something to be said for random acts of kindness. The old adage "What comes around, goes around" holds true. Why don't more people try to be decent human beings and do nice things for total strangers? like in the movie "Pay it Forward"? The other adage is "Do what Jesus would do" fits any circumstances you may find yourself in. If you see a need, fill it. If someone asks for help, give it. Life is too short. Like the butterfly 's wings theory... a small random act of kindness reverberates around the world and effects the whole. If everyone on the planet had that mentality, this world would be a much better place.
